We center BIPOC teachers and leaders, offering donation-based classes where all are welcome.
If you have access—come. Your presence and donations make it possible for us to bring healing movement to immigrant communities who can’t reach traditional studios.
Give what you can. Give more if you’re able. Even if you can’t join a class, your gift makes space for someone else to heal.
Our studio is at 1129 Broadway, South Portland.
The studio has enough mats and props for FREE, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Our in-studio classes are by donation/pay what you can.Give more if you’re able
Turn onto Lake Street across from China Express and park there—plenty of free parking is available (Lake Street is a dead end).
Then, use the entrance on Broadway to access the building.
All BODIES with positive vibes are invited to our Studio.
We collaborate with community organizations, corporate groups, and schools to offer Yoga and Mindfulness sessions
Classes are 45 to 60 minutes long and can be held either at a partner facility where clients are already accessing other services or at our studio in South Portland.
Book a class and make a difference! Half the proceeds will support our efforts to bring yoga programs to marginalized and vulnerable populations in our community.
A nature-based wellness program combines outdoor yoga with hiking, swimming, forest bathing, kayaking, and camping. This holistic experience promotes physical health, enhances mental well-being, and deepens connection with the natural world—while also encouraging joy, relaxation, and the simple enjoyment of being outdoors.
These workshops equip participants with practical personal safety strategies, boundary-setting tools, and basic self-defense techniques. Designed to foster confidence and agency, each session offers a supportive space to build skills that help individuals navigate daily life with strength and awareness, in collaboration with partners like Prevention. Action. Change. .
