Our mindfulness practices are culturally sensitive and inclusive to different communities in Maine.
Our inspiration comes from the lack of representation of immigrants and people of color as teachers and students in yoga spaces and outdoor adventures.
All our classes are offered in person at our studio at 1129 Broadway South Portland.
We have enough mats and props for FREE at the studio, but you are also welcome to bring your mat.
Our in-studio classes are by donation/pay what you can.
All BODIES with positive vibes are invited to our Studio.
We partner with community organizations and groups to provide trauma-informed yoga.
Classes are 45 to 60 minutes long and they take place in a partner facility where clients are already accessing other services.
We offer fun, interactive, practical workshops to increase confidence and awareness and prevent and resist violence.
