Joyful Movement for Mind and Body.
Inside
our Studio
Our studio is a space of joy, movement, and connection. Through dance, mindfulness, breath, and rest, we support both physical and mental well-being.
Movement here is expressive and healing—offered to reduce isolation, nurture mental health, and build community. Some days are energetic, others are slow and grounding. All are welcome.
Come as you are. Move how you can.
Classes are donation-based. Your presence matters, and your support—if you’re able—helps keep this joyful space open for others.
Our Work
South Portland Studio Classes
We hold classes at our studio in South Portland two days a week. Mats and props are provided for free, though you’re welcome to bring your own.
Classes are offered on a pay-what-you-can basis—give more if you’re able.
Yoga & Mindfulness Outreach
We collaborate with community organizations, schools, and workplaces to offer 45–60 minute practices right where people are already gathering and receiving support.
Book us to bring yoga to your community.
Outdoor Wellness
We take our practice into Maine's natural spaces — forest walks, beach meditations, outdoor healing circles, and seasonal gatherings. Designed to reduce isolation and connect African immigrant women to the land and to each other.
Peer Support Groups
Trusted, culturally informed monthly peer support circles for African immigrant women in Maine. A safe space to share, be heard, and heal with other women .
A joyful moment from one of our dance classes—where movement, music, and community support mental well-being.
