Are you looking to provide the people you serve with programming that creates a safe space for re-connection with self & community, where participants can learn and practice skills for managing emotions, triggers and the complexities of daily living?
We provide complimentary yoga classes to those who otherwise may not have access. our session provides trauma-informed yoga classes that are strength-based, invitational, and participant-driven. These classes create a safe, culturally sensitive, and welcoming environment for individuals to reconnect with their bodies after experiencing trauma.
Help your coworkers by introducing Ubuntu Mindfulness to your workplace. We provide both physical yoga sessions and mindful meditation workshops, which can be either regularly scheduled or done as individual workshops. We can hold these sessions at your office or in a private Zoom session at a time that is convenient for you.
Bring the benefits of Ubuntu Mindfulness to your school and support your colleagues and students. Our physical yoga sessions and mindful meditation workshops can be offered regularly as part of your sports or enrichment program or as one-time workshops.
We will take a break from regular in-studio classes from May 9th to September 26th to engage in more outdoor activities and Outdoor yoga practices.
We will have pop-up classes during those months and outreach yoga sessions in the community.
