We provide complimentary yoga and Movement classes to those who otherwise may not have access. These classes create a safe, culturally sensitive, and welcoming environment for individuals to reconnect with their bodies after experiencing trauma.
Help your coworkers by introducing Ubuntu Mindfulness and Movement to your workplace. We can offer regularly scheduled sessions or team-building workshops. We can hold these sessions at your office or in a private Zoom session at a time that is convenient for you.
Bring the benefits of Ubuntu Mindfulness and Movement to your school and support your colleagues and students. Our movement and yoga sessions can be offered regularly as part of your enrichment program or as one-time workshops.
Maine Afro Yoga is a project for Wounded Healers International. It is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and all donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. EIN 86-3187355.
