Welcome to Maine Afro Yoga

 Before you join your first class, we request that you sign a Participant Waiver. You can fill it out using the form below, print it by clicking on the download file and scanning / emailing it to info@maineafroyoga.com, or fill it out in the studio.

Studio Policies

 

  • New Students are required to sign a waiver before participating in their first class, arrive a few minutes early, or create an online account with us and electronically agree to the Release and Liability Waiver. 
  • Any yoga student under 18 must have a parent/guardian’s signature on the Release and Liability Waiver.

Young Student Policy

 

  • Any student under 18 must have a parent/guardian’s signature on the waiver.
  • Our classes are designed for students 14 years of age and older. Students under 14 may attend classes when a parent or guardian is in attendance for the same class, provided they want to attend and participate. Any exceptions to these policies must be addressed with management before class.


** Minors may not sit in the lobby area while the parent or guardian takes a class.**

Privacy Policy

  •  Your privacy is very important to us. Any personal information you choose to give us will only be used to help us provide you with the highest quality services, products, and support.
  • We will never share your personal or financial information with any other party, and we do not share bank or credit card information with any outside parties.
