We offer free, trauma-informed support groups to survivors of sexual and domestic violence.
These groups provide a safe, non-judgmental space for participants to share their experiences, connect with others, and begin their healing journey through culturally sensitive yoga and mindfulness practices.
Open to individuals aged 18 and older, these groups aim to empower survivors and support their emotional resilience and recovery.
This group will meet monthly and is a closed group. Before joining, participants must complete an intake interview.
This group is for individuals who have experienced any form of sexual violence, including sexual harassment, sexual assault, rape, child sexual abuse, incest, online sexual exploitation, or sexual violence within intimate relationships. Through this group, survivors can come together in a safe, supportive environment to find strength and solidarity in their shared experiences.
This group will meet monthly and is a closed group, requiring participants to complete an intake interview before joining.
This group is for individuals who have experienced domestic violence, including physical, emotional, verbal, financial, or sexual abuse, as well as coercive control. Participants will have the opportunity to connect with others who have faced similar challenges, fostering a sense of community and mutual understanding.
This group will also meet monthly and is an open group, allowing participants to join at any time.
